RE: SB1510 – savings to
Oklahoma taxpayers of $3.7 million per year
Back in March 2013, I was visiting
with my friend Bob Anthony, Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner regarding the
fraud from Life-Line Phones – known as Obama Phones.
In March 2013, I hand-carried both
of you a letter regarding Oklahoma Life-Line Phone Program asking for your help
to lower OUSF payments from $1.17 to .02 cents per account per mouth.
A year later, April 21, 2014
Governor Mary Fallin signed SB1510 into law.
Thank you gentlemen for your work on
SB1510 regarding Life-Line Phones which will save the taxpayers in Oklahoma over
$3.7 million dollars per year. Thank
you.
